Who we are

We are a group of orthopaedic leaders from five University of California (UCSF, UC San Diego, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine) campuses who support the development of women's leadership in the field of orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedic care.  We welcome all genders.

What we do

We support an open dialogue of ways to support and improve upon leadership training for women who pursue a career in orthopaedics.  Our annual event is a one-day leadership summit.

This year's event was attended by 65 women physicians, fellows and residents  from UC orthopaedics departments and northern California practices for a day of coaching, leadership training, and empowerment, The summit was held Sept. 9, 2023 at the UCSF Mission Bay Campus in San Francisco.  All genders are welcome.

We encourage anyone interested to get involved.  We seek support on committees, projects, grants as well as financial support to fund our events and outreach projects.
